Rochelle Ballard is a professional female surfer and veteran of theAssociation of Surfing Professional’s (ASP) World Championship Tour. She is considered the best female tube rider in the world and has been a pioneer to the advancement of women’s surfing in the past two decades. Ballard’s mastery of big waves and support of women’s surfing rank her among the surfing most elite.
Throughout her career, she has been adamant about giving back, be it for women’s surfing or the environment andcommunity. Rochelle inspired and lead surf camps for girls, running for 6 years in Hawaii. She was a key representative in creating women-only events and boosting prize money for the sport. Rochelle has served on multiple advisory boards over the years: currently on the “International Surfing Association (ISA) Athlete Advisory”, “Save the North Shore Paumalu Project” Board of Directors in 2006 (along with Kelly Slater and Jack Johnson) and the ASP board for a total of 5 years. Rochelle received the “John Kelly Environmental Awards” of the Surfrider Foundation in 2005. Currently working with a Hawaiian Non Profit organization, Living Life Source Foundation, a healing center for wellness and sustainable living, (Pu’uhonua). She feels that to have the opportunity to share her passion and energy to our environment and surfing is just as rewarding as riding a great wave. She also has appeared in several movies and television shows, most notably Step Into Liquid, Blue Crush, and Beyond the Break. In 2012 she won first in the Women’s Division ISA World Masters Surfing Championship.

Megan Abubo
Born in Connecticut and raised in Hawaii, Megan Abubo showcases a style honed on powerful reef-breaks and deepwater ocean waves.
Growing up in Hawaii, Megan quickly became one of the "beach boys" and worked her way to a spot on the World Championship Tour ranks in 1998. She has been on the WCT ever since and in 2000 she was runner up for the world title. She has had many victories both in and out of the water. In October 2004 Megan won the WCT Rip Curl Malibu Pro and shot from 14th to 9th in the ratings. In 2002, she won the WCT Figueira Pro in Portugal, and in 2001 she won the WCT Roxy Pro in Fiji. Throughout her career she has had 5 other WCT victories.
Megan joined a handful of the best women surfers in the world on the first all-female boat trip with Transworld Surf to Indonesia in 2004. Megan has 6 Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) World Championship Tour victories to her credit, the 2001 World Champion runner-up title and a no. 4 finish in 2005.
In December 2007, Abubo won the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing in Hawaii, despite a rib injury.
